Scrum Master Role
The following are some of responsibilities of the Scrum Master - One who responsible to ensure if the scrum team is adhering to the Scrum value, practices and values. - Scrum Master helps the Scrum Team and organization adopt Scrum. - Scrum Master teaches the Scrum Team by coaching and by leading it to be more productive and produce higher quality products. - The Scrum Master helps the Scrum Team understand and use self-management and cross-functionality. However, the Scrum Master does not manage the Scrum Team; the Scrum Team is self-organizing. Tip: The Scrum Master may be a member of the Team; for example, a developer performing Sprint tasks. However, this often leads to conflicts when the Scrum Master has to choose between removing impediments and performing tasks. The Scrum Master should never be the Product Owner.
